In the New Year the Young Fabians will be hosting our January Open Day - where new and existing members will come together for a day of policy workshops, expert speakers, training and networking.
This January's Open Day will be based on the theme Global-ready Britain: taking stock as we go it alone and will be centred around taking stock of where the UK stands in terms of domestic policies in relation to nations around the world. You will have the chance to get involved in interactive workshops to discuss and audit the UK's strengths and areas of vulnerability in policy areas such as health; education; productivity & industry; innovation, training & skills; devolution; and the legal and judicial system, amongst others.
Some of our policy networks will also be hosting their own taster sessions on this theme so come along and get involved in your area of policy interest.
Whether you've attended previous events or are just keen to get involved, join us for what is set to be an engaging day full of ideas, discussion and debate.
