West Midlands Young Fabians are delighted to announce our first event! We are very excited to be hosting Liam Byrne MP, Labour's candidate for Mayor of the West Midlands, over Zoom on the 17th December at 7pm!

Liam is the Member of Parliament for Birmingham Hodge Hill. He has served in the last Labour Government as the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and as Minister for the West Midlands.

So come along to hear Liam talk about what has motivated him to run for Mayor and what he wants to achieve if he wins. We will then be handing over to some our colleagues for some detailed questioning, followed by an open Q&A and discussion.
