How should we use technology to keep track of health? Do GPs have a future? How early in someone's life can we intervene to stop them having health issues later on in life? What is the balance between patient choice and health outcome?

We want to know your views on all of these questions and more. We'll be running a number of events in the next few months on the changing NHS and we want your ideas for more topics, more events, and more policy.
