We are pleased to announce a collaboration between the Criminal Justice Network, the Law Network and the International Network to discuss the persecution of Uyghur Muslims. The Uyghurs are native to the Xinjiang Region of China where they are facing discrimination and genocide at the hands of the Chinese state. Our three networks will come together to discuss what role the international community can play and what demands we can make on the behalf of detainees and their right to justice.

We will be joined by Nicola Macbean who is the founder of The Rights Practice charity, Rayhan Asat who works within human rights campaigning against genocide world wide and our own Panny Antoniou Young Fabians International Network Co-Chair.
