We hope you can join the Young Fabians at 6.30pm on Thursday 7 October to watch and discuss Judas and the Black Messiah, as part of our Black History Month programme.

Judas and the Black Messiah is a 2021 American biographical drama film about the betrayal of Fred Hampton (played by the brilliant Daniel Kaluuya), who was Chair of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party in late-1960s Chicago, by FBI informant William O'Neal. As well as exploring the lives of these two men, the film reminds us of the complexities and difficulties encountered by those fighting for Black liberation and civil rights.
