Anyone with a passion for environmental issues will be excited to hear that the Young Fabians are launching their first environment-focused pamphlet. It will focus on how Labour can develop policy on nature and the countryside whilst keeping in mind core values around inequality and participation.
Over the past year, Isaac Turner and his team, have been putting together this pamphlet, which also explores how we get environmental issues back on the Left's agenda. Through events up and down the country, and core research by a team of YF members, they have produced an insightful piece of work highlighting the importance of environmental policy.
This launch event will focus on four areas of environmental policy:
- Participation;
- Well-being;
- Nature and ecosystems;
- The economy.
We look forward to seeing you there for what should be a fascinating evening of discussion and the official launch of our e-pamphlet.
