Please join the Society of Labour Lawyers, Scottish Fabians and the Young Fabians Law Network on Tuesday 2nd March (from 6pm onwards) for a discussion about the impact of Brexit on the British constitution.
We plan to explore in particular detail the particular circumstances of each of our four nations within the union (with some detailed consideration of the Scottish position). We will also examine, in advance of the upcoming national and local elections, Labour’s constitutional policy and the recently announced Constitutional Convention. The event will be hosted by John Morgan (Solicitor and Chair of Junior Labour Lawyers, Young Fabians Law Network) who will be joined by Anas Sarwar MSP (Scottish Labour Constitution Spokesperson), Lord Charles Falconer QC (Shadow Attorney General) and Catriona Munro (Vice Chair, Fabian Society and Chair, Scottish Fabians).
