The Young Fabian Health Network will like to invite you to the launch of our pamphlet Closing the Gap: How should we deliver a health and care service fit for the 21st century?
With the substantial burden on publicly funded health and social care systems increasing, and overall reductions in public sector funding. Two key policy questions need to be answered how are we going to maintain an NHS which remains free at the point of use, and how will the state can continue to provide effective social care in a climate of austerity.
Authors will discuss their chapters followed by an open Q&A session. The event will be chaired by Sophie Keenlyside, Pamphlet Editor, Chair of Young Fabian Health Network and YF Executive members. Speakers will include
