The Finance Network is delighted to announce that we will be hosting a talk by John Kay, one of Britain's leading economist and commentators, on the nature of our modern financial system.

John Kay is a visiting Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics, a Fellow of St John’s College, Oxford. He chaired the Review of UK Equity Markets and Long-Term Decision-Making He is a Fellow of the British Academy, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. He is a director of several public companies and contributes a weekly column to the Financial Times. His latest book, Other People’s Money, is a searing indictment of our current financial system and way policy makers responded to the 2008 financial crisis.
