At the end of 2011 youth unemployment hit 1million and Britain's young people are again at risk of being haunted by the prospect of becoming a lost generation. For Young Fabians this prospect must spur us to think and to act. That's why this year, we will be launching, a Young Fabians Jobs Plan. Between now and Labour's Annual Conference, we will be going up and down the country looking at projects to get young people into work, lessons we can learn from the past and projects we can put in place now to prevent the prospect of a lost generation.
