Claire originally hails from Tunbridge Wells in Kent, and has just completed an MPhil in International Relations at Oxford University, where she wrote a thesis on global activism, civil society and social globalisation. While at Oxford she spent two summers working for UNICEF in New York, first as an intern then as a consultant. She now works as a policy analyst and advisor in Westminster . Claire hopes to spend the next year building a better relationship between the Young Fabians and practitioners in the world of policy. She also plans to write a bi-monthly newsletter to summarise recent policy developments and publications for our members.
