The ‘Future of Finance’ and ‘Science and Society' Networks aim to provide platforms for young progressives from these sectors to use their expertise to influence the policy debate.

We believe that today’s global policy challenges require fresh thinking and that our members are uniquely placed to offer it.

Network membership is not limited to Young Fabians, but open to socially-minded progressives who want to influence the future of their profession for the better and have ideas they think deserve sharing sharing.

Since Lord Drayson, then Minister for Science and Innovation, launched the Networks in early 2010 we have held a number of events, the outputs of which can be browsed on the network pages. Our most recent event formed part of the BIS/ Labour Peer Lord Davies’s review on gender balance in the Board room. We welcome you to join us in 2011!
